Terms & Conditions + Service Agreement

By booking a service with Sunday Driver Mobile Detailing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement.

1. Services

Sunday Driver Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services at the Client’s designated location. Service descriptions, pricing, and packages are listed on our website and may be updated at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to secure an appointment.

  • Remaining balances are due immediately upon completion of services.

  • We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of current or future appointments.

Prices are subject to change depending on vehicle size, condition, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, biohazards, or add-on services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

Client agrees to disclose any known issues including:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Electrical issues

  • Loose trim or parts

  • Aftermarket modifications

Sunday Driver Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, faded paint, failing clear coat, or previously repaired areas that may become more visible after cleaning.

5. Access & Utilities

Client agrees to provide:

  • Safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Adequate space to perform services

  • Access to water and/or electricity if required (unless otherwise specified)

If safe working conditions are not provided, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service.

6. Satisfaction Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

Sunday Driver Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical or electrical failures

  • Damage caused by improper prior repairs

  • Personal items left inside the vehicle

Clients are responsible for removing valuables prior to service.

8. Weather Policy

As a mobile detailing service, appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions. We will communicate promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

9. Photo & Marketing Release

We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes. License plates and identifying information will not be displayed without permission.

If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, you must notify us in writing before your appointment.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved in Riverside County, California.

11. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking a service, submitting payment, or allowing services to begin, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to be bound by this Service Agreement

  • Confirm that all information provided is accurate​
